<p>Registration: Register online on or before Sunday, March 6th at midnight. If you do not register by this date, you will charged an additional $50 late fee, but still need to register using the CRS  so we can add you to the rooming list! (Don’t just email Sherry Slaughter, or myself [Shane]).</p>

<li>You are encouraged to take an extra day as a planning/training day –but, talk to your MTL (using your staff account), or as a vacation day (come with a personal checkbook to pay on-site). Please plan ahead!</li>
<li>Extra nights are available for a cost of $170 per night, per room for 1 King bed and a cost of $209 per night, per room for 2 Queen beds + 1 pull-out. Please add this expense if you want to arrive early, or stay late. Only one person in your family should pay this fee. <p>Arrival: Please plan to arrive at one of the following airports: Oxnard (OXN, 8 minutes, driving), Santa Barbara (SBA, 1 hr. away, driving), Los Angeles International (LAX, 1 ∏ hrs – 2 ≤  hrs. away, driving), or Ontario (ONT, 2 hrs. away, driving)  airport early in the afternoon (12-2pm) on Friday, 4/29. You will want to check-in to the hotel (4pm or after) and eat dinner before returning for the first meeting that evening. Please be at the hotel for the meeting at 6:45pm.</p>
<p>Departure: We will finish programming at 11:45am on Sunday, May 1st. For departing flights, please allow time to eat lunch (not included) and get back to the airport. Once you have confirmed your flight arrangements, please send your supervisor a copy of your itinerary.</p>
<p>Ground Transportation: Please arrange ground transportation to/from the airport according to your flight schedule.  Mandalay Bay Embassy Suites does not offer an airport shuttle, but suggests using Roadrunner Shuttle or the Airporter Shuttle.</p>

<p>Commuting/What if I can’t go/Moms: There is not an option to commute. Our meeting space is dependent upon people staying at the hotel. All attendees are expected to stay at the hotel for the duration of the retreat.</p>

<li>Attendance for Moms is mandatory.</li>
<li>Any special requests are to be directed to your MTL (who then directs them to their lane leaders, Holly Ashman or David Martinelli). ALL EXCEPTIONS NEED TO BE DIRECTED TO HOLLY ASHMAN or DAVID MARTINELLI by Sunday, March 6th (the registration deadline). Please let your MTLs know about any special requests/exceptions ASAP.</li>
</ul>
<p>Parking: Self-parking is discounted to $8 per car, per day (but prices are subject to change).</p>
<p>Meals – see attached for suggestions of local restaurants</p>
<p>Friday:   Dinner is on your own. Come to the meeting having eaten dinner.</p>
<p>Saturday: Breakfast is included, it is provided made-to-order at the hotel restaurant.</p>

<li>Each suite (every room there) includes: a refrigerator, microwave, two televisions, two telephones, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a well-lit dining/work area.</li>
<li>Internet is charged per person at $9.95/person (IP address).</li>
<li>Cash for a tip for your maid.</li>
</ul>
<p>Attire: The average temperatures in April/May are a low of 50 and a high of 68. Though we&#8217;re hoping for sunny, it may be windy and possibly cloudy. We are eating lunch outside. Let&#8217;s hope not, but please prepare! (<a href="http://www.weather.com/weather/today/93035">Weather Report</a>)</p>

<li>Meeting rooms can be chilly, please pack accordingly.</li>
<li>Casual, jeans and T-shirts are perfectly fine.  Board-shorts are fine too&#8230;.:)  If you wear your wetsuit in the meeting just make sure it’s dry.</li>

<li>The cost of bringing your kids will be added based on your room type. Additionally, childcare and meals will need to be added.</li>
<li>IMPORTANT!!! Due to space issues, we can provide childcare for the first 60 children registered. Last year we had around 60 kids.</li>
<li>We are in-process of lining up housing (at minimum) during the main meetings, Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday night and Sunday morning.</li>

<p>There&#8217;s lots of outdoorsy and recreational stuff at Forest Home, so if that&#8217;s your cup of tea, bring clothes you wouldn&#8217;t mind getting dirty.</p>

<p>If you&#8217;re flying, arrive at the Ontario airport early in the afternoon. We leave the conference center before lunch on Sunday, so when you&#8217;re booking your flight home, allow for time to eat lunch and drive the hour back to Ontario.</fieldset>
