Forest Home is requiring a medical form filled out for every individual attending the camp – adults and kids. Please print, fill these out and bring them with you to registration.

Also, if you haven’t registered yet, please go here and do so before April 1. Any registrations after April 1 will incur a $25 late fee.

Location

We’ll be enjoying the conference at Forest Home Conference Center– where Henrietta Mears led Vonette Bright to Christ!

When To Arrive

Check-in will be 3-5pm on Friday, April 23. The meeting begins at 5pm, and dinner will be served at 7.

Meals

ALL meals are provided at this conference! The head chef at Forest Home used to be the Canadian Prime Minister’s personal chef, so it’ll be GOOD.

What to Bring

There’s lots of outdoorsy and recreational stuff at Forest Home, so if that’s your cup of tea, bring clothes you wouldn’t mind getting dirty.

You do NOT have to bring sleeping bags, bed sheets, or towels. That will all be provided.

Transportation

If you’re flying, arrive at the Ontario airport early in the afternoon. We leave the conference center before lunch on Sunday, so when you’re booking your flight home, allow for time to eat lunch and drive the hour back to Ontario.

Cost

To avoid over- or under-charging you, we will charge your staff accounts the necessary amount in May.

The costs will most likely be $260 per adult. For children ages 3-17, the cost will be $95.00. Registration for children 2 years and younger is $35.00

Registering early helps us out tremendously and helps us to keep costs low. Please be one of those helpful people! IF YOU FAIL TO REGISTER ON OR BEFORE April 1, YOU WILL BE PENALIZED $25.

Childcare

The cost of bringing your kids INCLUDES all their meals AND childcare!

IMPORTANT!!! Due to space issues, we can provide childcare for the first 60 children registered. Last year we had right around 60 kids.

USCM Email Problems – Solution

Hi PSW,

Many of you who check your email via Outlook, Entourage, Mac Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone, and BlackBerry, and even some of you who use webmail, are having problems connecting to the server to check your mail. In August, ITG sent an email notifying users of upcoming changes in the email system, but they didn’t send any further announcements and the actual changes were made over the weekend during a system maintenance period.

In order to restore access to email, most of you will only need to change your servername from ‘mail.uscm.org’ or any other location to ‘mymail.ccci.org’ (no quotes). If you use Outlook, you may need to change your proxy server location to ‘mymail.ccci.org’. If you use webmail, you’ll also need to start visiting ‘mymail.ccci.org’ rather than ‘mail.uscm.org’.

If you have further problems, there is a guide showing correct setup instructions on the wiki at: http://wiki.uscm.org/display/CMIT/Changing+Your+Domain+Setting. You can also check to ensure your username is being entered as ‘NET\Firstname.Lastname’ (no quotes).
